Returns Policy
We offer a 60 day returns policy.
If you are unhappy with your product please return it to us for a full refund within 60 days.
Please note all items are expected to be in a good new saleable condition with all original packaging.
If they are not received at our end in the same as new condition your return may be rejected. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Backorders & Out of stock items
If an item is listed as ‘Stock Coming’, that means it is being ordered in from our suppliers. Most of our ranges are kept in stock at all times. This is especially true for Games Workshop products, where we aim to keep the whole range in stock at all times.
We get multiple deliveries a week so you should never be waiting long for stock to arrive.
If there is something you would like to order that is not listed on our website we will be happy to try and order it from our network of suppliers. Usually, we are able to offer competitive discounted pricing even on special orders.
Part Shipping/Splitting Orders
We do not split or part ship orders – If this is something you need us to do you would have to contact us and agree to pay a second shipping charge (regardless of order size) and our staff will be happy to assist with this.
Delivery
Goblin Gaming aims to dispatch orders to UK customers within 1-2 working days as we understand how important it is for you to receive your goods when you expect them. We advise you make sure someone is available at your delivery address within working hours to sign for your order.
All our orders are sent with either Royal Mail or a UK based tracked courier service. If your order ships with a courier service you will receive either an email or text message letting you know when to expect the delivery to take place, and giving you the option to arrange delivery at a convenient time. Otherwise, Royal Mail will deliver via your normal post.
If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.
UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times as they are only estimates. Regrettably, we are unable to refund delivery costs in the event that the delivery date does not meet the provided estimates.
UK Next Day Delivery (Weekdays)
To take advantage of our DPD Next Day delivery service, you will need to place your order before 1 pm GMT Monday to Thursday. If you place your order after 1 pm GMT Friday, it will be collected on Monday & delivered on Tuesday. If you want to get next day delivery on a Friday before 1 pm, please select DPD Saturday delivery at the checkout.
