Rates & Delivery

We offer a flat rate of £5.00 for UK orders, with complimentary shipping for purchases exceeding £150. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Tracking & Delays

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details upon dispatch. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours. While we assist with package tracking, we cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

Timeframe

You can return unopened, unused products within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
